Matt Young1 StarAbsolute time-wasters. A guy from DH Electrical came out to look at our house and quote for an EV charger. Said he'd send a quote, which never came. I followed up with three emails over the following weeks requesting the quote, and never received a response. During those weeks I also called and left two voicemails requesting the promised quote. None of my calls were returned. I finally just called again and actually got through to a receptionist, who seemed not interested at all in how such terrible service might have happen, but just wanted to know if I still wanted the quote. There is no chance that I would ever give this company my business, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.Wednesday 13th September 2023

Randomly found DH Electrical on Google and within 24 hours the job was booked, completed and invoiced! Prompt responses, great service, neat and professional job. The electrician was on time, very polite and all works were done in a very diligent, tidy and efficient manner. Louise Johnson5 StarSaw a few of the vans around locally and thought we would give them a try as reviews were really good. We needed an EICR doing. The office team were helpful and efficient with the booking process. The EICR flagged a few issues with my electrics, which DH quoted for with a very reasonable price. This was all booked in and remedied within a week. The engineers were on time, friendly and explained what they were doing. They were neat and tidy also. I have complete faith in these guys and will use them again for the electrics in our extension this year.Friday 26th August 2022
