At Evans Electrical Services we pride ourselves on being punctual and precise.
As we are registered with the Napit Competent Person Scheme, we are able to self certify any work carried out and provide the required certification upon completion.
In line with the new ‘Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector’ legislation, we can provide Landlord Safety Certificates, EICR’s, to ensure the safety of you and your tenants.
This report will result in either a Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory result. In the case of the latter, any issues that need resolving will be listed as C1’s and C2’s on the observation pages and can be explained in detail with advice on the next steps.
We carry out all types of electrical installation work including but not limited to, fuse box replacement, new supplies to outhouses or sheds, and renovations to incorporate new lighting and/or sockets to your specifications.
We can carry out work on evenings and weekends for your convenience, so you don’t need any time off work to allow access to the property.

He turns up on time and is very neat and thoughtful in his work. When fitting a row of 5 sockets for us he put the wire behind the wall leaving a very professional finish, rather than take an easy option of making a channel which other electricians have done in the past. He is very well qualified and skilled in his profession and can provide simplified knowledgeable advice when we have asked.
