I was having issues with my power that kept tripping off but I couldn't tell what was causing it or even find the issue,decided that I needed to have all my appliances pat tested as I was concerned. Sam the Electrician from Falcon I L was recommended to me by my neighbour, Sam came tested all my appliances and find where the issue was then made some recommendations. I was quoted for all the recommended work and I also wanted to get a outdoors sockets fitted for my Christmas lights ,all the carried work was done in 2 days. Sam fitted new lights in my kitchen, bathroom,fitted fire alarms in 3 areas of my house and the outdoors Christmas lights sockets with a timer. All the work done was neatly done, Sam was friendly and professional and very good at explaining what he was doing. He was also answering all my questions and I learnt a few things about electricity,which was a bonus! The price was good considering all materials was included. I haven't had any problems since all the work has been done. Will definitely recommend Falcon Innovations Limited. Thank you Sam for well done job.

As part of our living room renovations, Sam installed new sockets and an aerial on our chimney breast, a strip light beneath our fireplace, and new ceiling spotlights (before and after photos attached). This involved a lot of work, and Sam encountered a few issues with the existing wiring along the way. However, he clearly communicated the problem and solution to us, where he was able to rectify the issue. Prior to starting our renovations, we were also experiencing problems with our electrics intermittently tripping, often multiple times a day. Due to our outdated consumer unit, it meant all electrics in the house would switch off. Multiple electricians struggled to find the fault, however Sam quickly identified the fault and rectified the issue. We asked Sam to upgrade our dated consumer unit so if the electrics ever trip again, it would only affect the specific circuit instead of the entire house. As expected, Sam executed this with the same quality seen in all his work. Overall, we are incredibly grateful for the work Sam has done in our home. His communication skills are outstanding, and his dedication to his craft is evident in the high-quality results. We will continue to use Falcon Innovations on all of our projects going forward.

Excellent service from Sam. Sam made an initial visit to provide a quote to fit an EV charger, explaining everything and answering all my questions. Sam arrived on time and completed the installation quickly and with minimum fuss. Sam tidied up afterwards and gave an excellent demo of the EV charger functionality. Second time I've used Falcon Innovations, certainly won't be the last.

Sam worked on our house to change our light fittings into multiple spot lights. He also added new plugs and light switches. He was very knowledgeable with tonnes of information on the best way to complete the work. We are super pleased with all the work he did. Would definitely recommend.
