Very bad experience, definitely not recommending this company. They attended the property, had a look and just said that they don’t have the part required therefore they cannot repair it, £130.00 wasted and no repair. Asked for a refund but according to their terms and conditions the costumers are not entitled to any refund in case they attempt to repair without success. Again, there was no attempt, they only looked at the oven and said that they don’t have the part
