Called and got booked in for a week later (you would expect a decent company to be busy). Engineer was polite, professional and explained fully what he was doing. The electrician was also able to point out some faults in the wiring that once we got fixed we received a cert for. Found the engineer and customer service very helpful. When that boiler kept having a different fault a year, I got their quote for a Worcester Bosch replacement, just in time before yet another fault.
