Nisha Thind5 StarI phoned at 4am on a Saturday morning in a panic as all my electrics had gone and I have an 11 month old who would wake up for a bottle and I wouldn’t be able to make her one. The lovely gentleman spoke to me over the phone step by step on how to fix the issue at 4am!!! He was ready to come out and help me but we managed to fix the issue over the phone.
