PAT testing is the most efficient way of ensuring you or your organisation complies with the current Health & Safety Legislation for portable appliance testing. We offer it for companies on a regular basis, and or landlords for appliances within there rented properties. It is important that all your portable electrical appliances meet the safety laws. Electrical Installations should be tested regularly depending on the property use. We undertake Electrical Condition Reports for various reasons such as property being prepared for letting and change of occupancy. When buying a new home to move into, so as to prove the property has been kept in a good state of repair. Or just because there has been some issues over a period of time. We undertake everything from additional lights and sockets, external power, electrics upgrade and lighting, consumer unit replacement to complete re-wires. We work with a variety of builders working on small projects in the local area and into London on the high standard high end market. We pride our-self's on our politeness and tidiness, and nothing is too much effort. We pride our-self's on our ability to fault find, many jobs can be sorted out over the phone but if that isn't possible we are able to attend and diagnose the issue and advise on what needs to be rectified. We are usually able to get the power back on while there and advise on costs if it needs to be repaired another day. We are available anytime of the day and night. We work along side some really lovely house builders who produce some lovely homes. We advise of the latest Reg's and work within a time scale to suit. We offer a productive strategy and our work is of a high standard within the new build industry, We meet all programmed time scales and the products we offer are of a high standard.
